  • Results allow the Group to focus on the organisational values of “Integrity, Collaboration and Excellence” (ICE) and ensure Muthootians are achieving their professional and personal goals.
  • The initiative witnessed participation from over 90% of employees during the first survey.
  • The survey was made available in major Indian languages to encourage maximum participation in the survey.
